RETURNS & REFUNDS
Due to the nature of our inventory, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns or offer refunds*. Please carefully review your order before confirming your purchase. Once an order is placed, we cannot make any changes. We reserve the right to refuse returns and/or refunds.
*In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at alicesredrose@outlook.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
EXCHANGES - CLOTHING ONLY
Clothing (excluding artisan branded clothing) may be exchanged within 7 business days with tags attached and receipt based upon product availability. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges.
