Shipping policy

Please be sure you have entered the correct shipping information upon check out. Alice's Red Rose Boutique is not liable for lost, returned, or stolen packages. Once your package has been accepted by our local shipping office, you must contact your local shipping office to find lost or stolen packages.

ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 2-3 business days to process your order. We do not ship outside of the United States at this time. You will receive an email to let you know your order is on the way.

Note: We do not maintain separate inventories for the products shown online and in-store. We pull online orders as quickly as possible but we cannot guarantee products have not already been purchased by an in-store customer. In such an event, we will contact you as quickly as we can.

FREE IN-STORE PICKUP:
Orders can be picked up in-store for FREE during store open hours.

• Please allow 24 hours to process your order.
• An email will be sent once your order is ready for pickup.
• Bring your order confirmation email with you!
• Orders must be picked up within 7 days of placing the order. Orders not picked up within 7 days will be refunded to the original form of payment.

SHIPPING RATES:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer FREE shipping on orders over $75.00, or $8.95 standard shipping.
